Delicious Beef Handi



How to make Beef Handi At Home

Ingredients:

  • Beef 1 kg (boiled)
  • Ghee 2 cup
  • Onion 4 (sliced)
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder 4 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Green cardamoms 12
  • Black cumin seeds 4 tsp
  • Bay leaves 4
  • Tomatoes 1 kg
  • Garam masala powder 4 tsp
  • Green chilies 12 (sliced)
  • Handful green coriander (chopped)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Take a clay Pot, then add ghee and fry onion until brown. Remove onion and then blend with yogurt.

  2. In same ghee saute ginger paste. Now add red chili powder, coriander, salt, turmeric, green cardamoms, cumin seeds and then bay leaves.

  3. Now add tomato and cook. Add boiled beef along yogurt mixture.

  4. Cooked for 30 minutes.

  5. When gravy goes to thickness then add garam masala, green chilies and coriander leaves.

  6. Serve with naan.
