  • Egg yolk 3
  • Egg white 4
  • Lemon skin 2 lemon’s (chopped)
  • Sugar 125g
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions:

  1. Beat egg yolk and sugar together till incorporate.

  2. Noe beat egg white separately until to form.

  3. Mixed together egg yolk and white alonged lemon skin.

  4. Now lined oven proof dish with paper and grease it then pout batter in it.

  5. Baked in oven for 5 minutes at 180 degree.

  6. Allow cooling, apply butter and served.
