Adding a chicken, chinese salt, white pepper, corn flour, salt and pepper to taste, egg and then ginger water in a mixing bowl. Mixed well and set aside for half hour.
Heat oil in a pan and then fry the chicken pieces one by one till golden.
In the same oil add minced garlic, ginger slices and cooked for 4 minutes.
Then add stock, white pepper, sugar, salt and pepper to taste, ginger, Soya sauce and the chinese salt.
Bring it to a gentle boil and then add fried chicken pieces.
Pour corn flour mixture immediately into the chicken while stirring.
Now simmer on gentle heat until the sauce thick. Then turn the flame off and garnished with spring onion.
Ginger chicken is ready to serve.
