Italian Vegetable Pizza

How To Make Italian Vegetable Pizza?


  • Refrigerated Pizza Dough or Homemade Pizza Dough 2 pack (20 oz)
  • Frozen Italian Blend Vegetables (loose-pack) 2 pack (32 oz)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 1 pack (4 cup)
  • Parmesan Cheese Optional
  • Sliced Mushrooms (drained) 2 jar
  • Sliced Pitted Ripe Olives (drained) 2 can 
  • Crushed Red Peppers 
  • Pizza Sauce 2 can 

Cooking Directions:

  1. Light grease an 11 inch pizza pan.

  2. Now unrolled pizza dough and then transfer to greased pan, pressing out dough with your hands. Now build up edges slightly.

  3. Prick with a fork. Baked the dough in a 425 degree F oven for 10 minutes.

  4. Cooked the frozen vegetables according to package directions until crisp-tender.

  5. Spread pizza sauce over hot crust. Now top with cooked vegetables, mushrooms and olives.

  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.

  7. Now baked for 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.

  8. Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper.
