Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, fry chopped onion for 5 - 6 minutes until soft, then remove and cool.
In a chopper add mince, ginger garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, ketchup, Wooster sauce, herbs, egg, soaked bread, and cold onion, chopperize well until smooth and remove.
Now sprinkle flour on the plate, shape the mixture into 8 patties, coat in flour and then pan fry for 5 - 6 minutes on each side.
Now heat burger buns for assembling, then spread with mayonnaise, top with salad leaves, burger patty, onion rings, tomato slices, top with buns.
Serve with fries and chilled drink.
