Classic American Burgers Recipe


  • Burger buns 8
  • Mince 600 gm
  • Onion 2 small (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Ground cumin 2 tsp
  • Ground coriander 2 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 2 tsp
  • Salt and black pepper 1 tsp each
  • Egg 2
  • Bread slice 2 soaked and squeezed in milk
  • Dry flour as required
  • Oil for frying
  • French fries to serve
  • Tomato slices to serve
  • Mayonnaise to spread
  • Salad leaves for garnish

Cooking Directions:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, fry chopped onion for 5 - 6 minutes until soft, then remove and cool.

  2. In a chopper add mince, ginger garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, ketchup, Wooster sauce, herbs, egg, soaked bread, and cold onion, chopperize well until smooth and remove.

  3. Now sprinkle flour on the plate, shape the mixture into 8 patties, coat in flour and then pan fry for 5 - 6 minutes on each side.

  4. Now heat burger buns for assembling, then spread with mayonnaise, top with salad leaves, burger patty, onion rings, tomato slices, top with buns.

  5. Serve with fries and chilled drink.
