Irani Chicken with Butter Rice



How to make Irani Chicken with Butter Rice at Home 

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Onion 2 (sliced)
  • Garlic 2 pod
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • White pepper 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
  • Saffron essence 1 tsp
  • Mayo 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 6 tbsp
  • Boiled rice 2 cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Capsicum 2 (cubed)
  • Onion 2 (cubed)
  • Tomato 2 (cubed)
  • Boiled potato 2 (cubed)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Put all marination ingredients in chicken and then leave it for 30 minutes.

  2. Discard onion and garlic and put the chicken on skewers and bbq it or pan fry in oil.

  3. Now heat butter and then fry rice with salt and black pepper.

  4. Now heat butter again and saute all vegetables with salt and black pepper until soft.

  5. Arrange chicken, rice, and vegetables in a platter and serve.
