Chinese Dry Beef Chili

How to Make Chinese Dry Beef Chili 


  • Beef undercut cut in thin strips 2 pieces
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onions 4 (sliced thickly)
  • Green chilies 4 (sliced thinly)
  • Chinese Salt 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chile Garlic sauce 2 tsp
  • Ginger/garlic paste 2+2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp or to taste
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 6 tsp
  • Tenderizer 2 tsp

Cooking Directions:

  1. Marinated the beef in all the ingredients of the marinade and then leave aside for 2 hours.

  2. Now heat oil, fry the marinated meat and then cooked till the water dries.

  3. Add the onions and then fry for sometime till soft. Now add the chilies and all the seasoning.

  4. Served with garlic fried rice.
